Cala Egos is a pretty coastal spot located a short walk away from the more well-known destination of Cala D’or in Majorca. Cala Egos itself is home to a number of small bars, shops and a supermarket. Cala D’or is on the other side of the marina and can easily be reached from Cala Egos. The harbour is regularly described as breath-taking.

Cala Egos is an ideal match for anyone wishing to base themselves in a quiet part of Majorca without being too far away from the action. There are a few restaurants tucked away behind the waterfront at Cala Egos, and taxis will take you between the two resorts if you rather not exert yourself – many people choose to walk one leg of the journey and get a ride back. 

The resort is known for its friendly atmosphere. The wider region consists of three main areas which are Cala Egos, Cala d’Or and Cala Ferrera. Cala Gran beach

There are five small beaches in the local area, of which Cala Gran is the largest. The east coast of Majorca is able to offer more sunshine hours than anywhere else and is renowned for the quality of its beaches, which are remarkably picturesque.
