Q: If my client cannot find their driver what is the first thing they should do?

Before your client even begins their travels, please highlight to them the importance of the e-ticket. This includes all the instructions they should follow on arrival in order to find their driver/transfer service and any contact details which they may require during their trip. If, of course, they have taken themselves to the right meeting point and they still cannot find their driver, then the best step for them to take is to call the Resort Office Number. This is a virtual number which will firstly direct them to the supplier who is providing their transfer, but if for any reason that company cannot reach the phone the call is then passed over to our 24/7 hoppa call centre.
