Q: When do I need to include my flight details? 

A: We have a great new improvement to our site! When making a booking you have the option to enter your client’s flight arrival/departure time or desired pick-up time. If your route starts/end at an airport, then the system will request your flight times on the first page and further flight details later in the booking process. Flight times are necessary for our system to make the necessary calculations to ensure you are picked up with sufficient time to make it to the airport with enough time to check-in. However, you will see that if your journey starts from other transport hubs or does not include any at all, then we ask you to input your client’s desired pick-up time. In these circumstances we appreciate there could be a wide variation in how early clients want to get to/leave their transport hub or destination and are therefore giving you the flexibility to pick.
