Q : What if my client doesn’t want to add their mobile number to the transfer booking?

Firstly, please do highlight that their number will not be used for any marketing. We simply want to be able to send them a free text message reminder about their pick-up time and place. Their number is also passed on to the driver in case they have any difficulty in finding your client. Being able to reach your client on the phone really does make the transfer process a smoother one. Of course, if your client is not willing to share the number then you can include your own phone number so we can keep you up to date on any in-resort issues.
