How to book your Zante airport transfers
Arrange your transfers from Zante airport by letting us know your holiday information in the search bar at the top of this page. When you hit the ‘search’ button, you’ll be presented with a choice of shuttle buses and private vehicles that are available for your trip.
Shuttle bus or private transport?
If you want some help with choosing from our range of private vehicles or our shuttle buses, here’s a quick-look guide to what both options offer:
- This is the budget-friendly transfer transport.
- You might have to wait for up to 45 minutes at Zakynthos Airport before you set off. This is because when you travel by shuttle bus, you share the journey with passengers from other groups and they are likely to arrive after you land in Greece.
- There are drop-off points on the route.
- Your party are the only passengers.
- You have a pick-up time, which you’ll see on your e-ticket, detailing when you will meet your driver at the airport.
- Your party will be escorted to the vehicle.
- The driver will take you directly to your accommodation and there are no drop-off points on the route.
How much do Zante airport transfers cost?
Whether you’re planning your transfer from Zante airport to Argassi or you’re heading to Laganas after you land, you’ll need to know how much your transport will cost. For total transparency, we list the prices for both shuttle bus services and private vehicles next to each option. This price you’re given on the site is the amount you will pay if you book there and then.
These are live valuations, however, so it’s likely that they will change, based on the currency rates and resort pricing. Therefore, if you return to your search at later date, the prices for your transfers might be slightly different to the ones given when you started your original search.
What happens next?
Once you select your preferred transport option, you will reach the ‘Extras’ stage. This is where you can book any additional luggage.
One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage is allowed as standard on both our shuttle bus and private taxi transfers from Zante airport. To bring more than this with you, you’ll need to let us know when you book. You’ll see the option to do this on the Extras page. If you can’t see this on the page, contact us and we’ll help.
When you complete your booking, we’ll send an e-ticket to your email address. The e-ticket includes important information about your transfers, including pick-up details and the contact numbers you might need, so we recommend you read through this before you fly into Greece.
We also suggest you print it off before you leave for the airport and have it ready to show to your driver when you meet them in Zante. This is because your e-ticket is also your booking confirmation and the paper version is useful if you can’t access the booking details on your phone.
Where do I need to go when I arrive in Zante?
When you land in Greece, check your e-ticket so you know where to go to find your travel representative. You’ll find the instructions you need in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section.
The directions you’re given will depend on your transport provider and whether you’re travelling by private vehicle or shuttle bus. If you can’t see any information about your Zante airport transfers or you can’t see your driver, call the number listed on your e-ticket. We’ll let you know where you need to go or how long your driver will be.
I won’t make my pick-up time
Whatever the reason for missing your pick-up time, whether it’s because your flight is running late or your luggage is taking a while to arrive, call the number on your e-ticket to let us know. Your driver will wait for you for up to 45 minutes after your pick-up time, but if you call us to tell us you’ll be late, you’re giving us enough notice to arrange an alternate driver.
We’ll send a new driver to you if you’re delayed over 45 minutes for up to three hours. For delays that run over three hours, you’ll need to rearrange your transfers with us and contact your travel insurer.
What will I find at Zakynthos Airport?
Zakynthos Airport serves visitors to Zante, with 1.8 million passengers heading in and out of this hub in 2019. In 2015, it was privatised, and plans were drawn up to refurbish, revamp and reorganise everything from the check-in desks and security to lighting and parking.
There are plenty of shops available at the airport, selling beauty products, gifts and confectionery. There are also several eateries as well as free Wi-Fi access throughout.
