Hasselt

Hasselt was founded in the 7th century. It is an important traffic junction of roads from all directions. The most important is the E313 Antwerp-Liège road. Liège has a centrally situated commercial centre which is almost completely pedestrians only. There are a lot of old buildings, a very interesting Jenever Museum and the Urban Fasion Museum. The local bus service is free.
