With its lively areas and quiet cobbled streets, bohemian art and picturesque riverside sites, Prague serves up a city break designed to suit all tastes. Should you need to arrange your Prague transfers, let us take care of getting you where you need to be.
Our transfer partners offer a reliable, no-fuss service, taking you to your accommodation in the city and back to the airport at the end of your stay.
To book your Prague transfers, tell us about your trip in the search bar at the top of this page. You’ll then be given a selection of shuttle buses and private vehicles to choose from.
Both shuttle buses and private vehicles offer first-class transport to your Prague accommodation. There are some differences between the two, however:
If you take a private vehicle
If you are travelling by shuttle bus
When you’re booking your Prague transfers with us, you’ll see prices listed next to the transport options that are available for your trip. This is what you’ll pay if you book that day.
However, as these prices are live valuations based on currency rates, they can change. So, if you start looking for your transfers today and return to your search tomorrow, the prices may have changed between your first and second search.
Once you’ve chosen your transport, you will arrive at the ‘Extras’ stage of the booking process. This page includes the ‘Anything we can help with?’ box, which gives you the opportunity to tell us about what you need for your transfer.
Should you want a larger vehicle to accommodate your extra luggage or you’ll need an adapted car for your wheelchair, for example, just let us know in this section and we’ll do the rest.
One piece of hand luggage and one suitcase is allowed per person. This applies whether you are travelling by private vehicle or shuttle bus. If you think you’ll be bringing more luggage with you, you’ll need to check your vehicle has the capacity for this before you book.
After you’ve completed your booking, look out for an email from us that includes your e-ticket. The e-ticket is an important document that acts as both your booking confirmation and a source of key information, such as pick-up instructions and contact numbers. When you receive this, print it off so you can easily present it to your driver when you meet them at the airport.
Also, you’ll need to read this carefully so that you know where to go to meet your driver when you land in Prague.
Once you’ve picked up your luggage, follow the instructions in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section of your e-ticket. Most joining instructions ask you to head to the arrivals hall. Here, a travel representative will be holding a sign displaying the transfer provider’s name and ‘hoppa’ or your name.
If there is no information about how to locate your driver in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section, call the number on your e-ticket to get an update on where you need to go.
If you get to the pick-up point on time and you can’t see your driver, call the number on your e-ticket. We’ll be able to let you know what to do next.
If your flight’s late getting into Prague or your bags are taking a while to arrive and you think you’re going to miss your pick-up time, call the number on your e-ticket to let us know.
Your driver will wait for you for up to 45 minutes after your original collection time, but even if your delay falls within this period, we ask that you call us so that we have plenty of notice to arrange an alternative driver for you.
We will send a different driver to you if you’re delayed for over 45 minutes. Should you be delayed for more than three hours, you’ll need to rearrange your Prague transfers with us and let your insurer know.
From its awe-inspiring castle to the picture-perfect Charles Bridge, Prague is a truly beautiful choice for a city stay. As the gateway to the stunning Czech capital, Vaclav Havel Airport Prague provides a hub for tourists seeking a culture-filled break.
Serving 17 million travellers in 2018, it is a busy entry point for visitors. To keep passengers occupied, there are plenty of services and shops available here, including snack-filled eateries and Duty Free shops selling everything from cosmetics to crystal tableware. There are children’s corners to keep the little ones occupied and VIP lounges for a more luxurious experience. There’s even a cinema!
For your return Prague transfers, how you meet your driver depends on the type of transport you’re taking.
Passengers travelling by private vehicle
Passengers travelling by shuttle bus
If you can’t see your driver, you’ll need to call the number on your e-ticket for an update. This applies whether you’re travelling back to the airport by bus or private car.
