Our straightforward booking system means you can easily arrange your Paris transfers in no time. Once you let us know in the search bar when you’re travelling and how many people will be holidaying with you, you’ll be able to begin the booking process for your trip.
You’ll be presented with a selection of shuttle buses and private transfers. To help you make your choice, you can find out about each transport option available on your travel dates in the ‘service overview’ section. This includes key details, including cost and estimated journey times. When you’ve whittled down your options and selected the transfer transport you want, click on the ‘book now’ button.
You will then reach the ‘Extras’ page, which features the ‘Anything we can help with?’ box. In this section, you can tell us more about the things you will need for your transfers from CDG Airport to your Paris accommodation.
This can include information such as whether you need special assistance, if you have a foldable wheelchair, or if you would like to request an adapted vehicle for your motorised wheelchair. Simply let us know by adding these details in the box and we’ll take it from there.
Private transfers are particularly popular among hoppa holidaymakers in Paris. With this type of transfer, you are given a scheduled pick-up time, which can be found on the e-ticket we send you as part of your booking. So, when you arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, you’ll know exactly when you will be collected by your driver.
Also, if you travel by private transfer it’ll just be you and the rest of your party travelling in the vehicle. Your driver will take you all straight to your accommodation from the airport.
If you travel to your accommodation by Paris Airport shuttle bus, you will find that this is a low-cost option that easily gets you to your accommodation.
Unlike private transfers, you will be sharing the journey with other passengers and it’s likely they will be arriving on different flights to yours. Therefore, you may have to wait for up to 45 minutes to be joined by them before you set off from the airport.
Everyone on the bus is then dropped off at designated points along the way and your accommodation will be one of these drop-off points.
Whatever type of transport option you choose for your Paris transfers, your party can bring one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage along. To make sure the vehicle is going to be suitable for the amount of luggage you’ll have, double-check at the time of booking. For example, if you’re bringing more than one suitcase per person, you will need to book a bigger car.
When you finalise your booking, we’ll send you an e-ticket, which includes key information about your transfers, such as where to find your driver when you get to arrivals, and pick-up times.
We recommend printing your e-ticket off before your flight. This is because your driver will ask to see your e-ticket when you meet them at the airport. Keep hold of it until the end of your Paris stay so that you can present it to your driver on the return leg of your journey.
The information about where you need to go when you arrive in Paris is included on your e-ticket, so check this when you’re trying to find your driver. The instructions you are given will vary depending on the transport you have chosen and the travel partner who is running your transfer.
The instructions may state that you should head to the Orange information desk after baggage claim, where you’ll find your travel representative waiting for you. Other travel partners at Paris Charles de Gaulle might request that you head to the arrivals hall, where your representative will be waiting for you and holding a sign displaying ‘hoppa’ or your name.
If your e-ticket states that where you meet your travel representative is dependent upon your arrival terminal, be sure to check the pick-up point for your terminal. When you reach the designated pick-up point, your driver will be holding a sign displaying ‘hoppa’ or your name.
Always show the driver your e-ticket. If you can’t see any directions on your ticket or you can’t see your driver when you reach the pick-up point, call the number in the ‘Find my pick up’ section for information about what you need to do next.
If your flight is delayed or your luggage hasn’t turned up, your driver will wait for you for 45 minutes.
As soon as you know there’ll be a delay, we suggest that you call the number on your e-ticket. We might send a new driver to you if the delay is longer than 45 minutes, so letting us know what’s happening makes it easier for us to revise your Paris transfers.
If you’re delayed for more than three hours, you will need to rearrange your transfers with us and get in touch with your travel insurer to find out how to claim.
At 12.5 square miles, Paris Charles de Gaulle is the largest international airport in France. It is named after the French president who led the French Free Forces during the second world war and has been serving millions of passengers since it was reopened in 1974 after undergoing a huge reconstruction project.
Today, it’s Europe’s second-busiest airport. In 2016 it handled almost 66 million passengers.
As it is such a busy, bustling airport, there’s plenty on offer here for travellers to the French capital. There’s a wide variety of shops, selling everything from cosmetics and perfumes to jewellery and gadgets. You can also grab a bite to eat in one of the many eateries or snap up some bargains at duty free.
If you’re travelling back to the airport by private transfer, check your e-ticket to find out the pick-up time that your driver will arrive at your accommodation. We ask you to be ready 15 minutes before your pick-up time.
You’ll receive a reminder of your collection time via text message should you opt to receive SMS messages when you make your booking.
If you’ve arranged to travel back by shuttle bus, we’ll tell you your pick-up time 24 hours before your plane is due to depart.
You’ll either receive a text or you can check online when you select ‘My bookings’ and choose the ‘Get my pick-up time’ link. Call the number on your ticket if you can’t see your pick-up time the day before your return journey.
Aim to be at your pick-up point 10 minutes before your bus arrives. If your bus is late, call the emergency number on your e-ticket and we’ll find out where your driver is.
