Whether you’re heading to the bustling port town of Almeria, with its fortress and museums, eateries and bars, or you’re venturing to another part of Andalucía, you’ll find there is plenty to discover in southern Spain.
If you’ve planned every detail apart from your Almeria airport transfers, you can arrange your transport with hoppa. Our team of transfer providers offer an easy, no-fuss service, so you can easily get your stay in Spain underway.
Begin your booking by letting us know your travel information in the section at the top of this page. When you hit the ‘Search’ button, you’ll be given a choice of private vehicles and shuttle buses.
If you’re trying to decide between taking the shuttle bus or hopping into one of our private vehicles, it’s worth knowing the difference between the two.
Private vehicles are the quickest and most direct route to your accommodation. This is because you and the rest of your group are the only passengers, so there’s no need for it to stop at certain points. If you opt for private transport, you’ll find the pick-up time listed on the e-ticket and this is when you will leave the airport.
Shuttle buses are the low-cost option. They transport several groups of holidaymakers, including yours and because of this, there are several designated drop-off points on the way. Also, before you set off from the airport, you might have to wait for up to 45 minutes to allow time for your fellow bus passengers to arrive into Spain.
We’ve made budgeting for your transfers easy. This is because we list prices next to each transport option available for your trip and the amount shown is what you’ll pay if you book at that moment.
However, these prices are based on the current currency rates, so they frequently change. Therefore, if you start looking for your airport transfers today and return to your search later in the week, the price might have changed.
When you select your transport, you’ll reach the ‘Extras’ stage of the booking process. This includes a list of optional additions and is perfect for those golf trips where you’ll be bringing your clubs or you’re planning a longer stay and need another suitcase.
If you can’t see a way to easily update your luggage requirements, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
There’s a standard limit of one piece of hand luggage and one suitcase per passenger. If you want to bring more than this with you, let us know in the Extras section.
After you complete your booking, look out for an email from us in your inbox. This is the e-ticket, which is confirmation of your Almeria airport transfers as well as an important document that includes essential information about your transfers.
Print off your e-ticket before you fly to use it as proof of your booking and make sure you read through it carefully, so you know where to go when you get to Spain.
The joining instructions are listed in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section of your e-ticket. These depend on the transport for your transfers and your transfer provider, so make sure you read them carefully as they are specifically for your journey.
Can’t see the joining information on your e-ticket? Give the number on your e-ticket a call and we’ll direct you from there. You’ll also need to call us if you notice there’s no pick-up information on your e-ticket. Let us know before you fly, and we’ll be able to help you.
Don’t worry if you can’t see your driver when you reach the pick-up point. While traffic jams can cause a slight delay, your driver will be on their way to the airport to collect you. Do give us a call if you can’t see them and we’ll update you.
We understand that flights can be delayed, and bags can take a little while to be unloaded from the plane. If you think you won’t make your scheduled pick-up, let us know as soon as possible by calling the number on your e-ticket. For up to 45 minutes, your driver will wait for you at the collection point. However, by getting in touch with us, we can start planning your replacement driver.
We will send an alternative driver to you if you’re delayed for over 45 minutes up to three hours. For delays that are over three hours, you’ll need to rearrange your transfers with us.
