"Good driver: very considerate of the roads. Friendly and courteous.A little late in collection. Communication could have been better here. The suggested time given when I putting our flight departure time was not appropriate. The journey took over double the proposed time. Thankfully, we made our flight, but we were worried we were going to miss it."
