If you have been affected by the events at Thomas Cook, please follow the below advice to update your transfer details with us.

- To amend your flight details with your new flight information in the quickest and simplest way, visit the 'My bookings' link in the top menu of our website and click on View / Amend / Cancel a booking.

- If you have cancelled your booking as a result of your flight now being cancelled and need to re-instate your booking, the simplest and quickest way is to visit our homepage at https://www.hoppa.com.

- If you need to speak with a member of our team, please contact us on thomascookassist@hoppa.com. If you are currently in resort and need to amend you your transfer booking with us, please contact our local partner using the number on your e-ticket.
