1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to anyone worldwide aged 18 years or over, except employees of Resorthoppa (UK) Limited (trading as hoppa) and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. Entry Period

2.1 The competition will run from 5 August 2024 to 8 September 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter the competition, participants must:

3.1.2 Use the hashtags #takemethere and #arrivehappy in their post.

3.2 Participants must ensure their post is public and visible to hoppa's social media accounts.

4. Selection Criteria

4.1 The winner will be chosen by a random draw from all entries received and verified by Resorthoppa (UK) Limited.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize is a return airport transfer worth up to £100 to any destination served by Hoppa's providers. A full list of destinations can be found here.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be notified via direct message on the social platform where they entered within 14 days of the competition closing date.

6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

6.3 Further correspondence will be conducted via email to arrange the prize details.

7. Rights and Permissions

7.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Resorthoppa (UK) Limited to use their photos on Hoppa's social media channels and other marketing materials.

7.2 Participants confirm that they own the rights to the photos submitted and that the photos do not infringe on any third party's rights.

7.3 Resorthoppa (UK) Limited will not be held liable for any claims arising from the infringement of third-party rights related to the photos submitted by participants.

8. General Conditions

8.1 Resorthoppa (UK) Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

8.2 Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the company.

8.3 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

9. Privacy

9.1 Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
