Arrivals
Edinburgh has one terminal, so every flight arrives at the same place. After passport control and baggage reclaim, follow the signs to the arrivals hall. Your e-ticket lists your exact meeting point and a phone number to call if you cannot see your driver.
Private transfers
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, just past the exit from baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name or the 'hoppa' logo.
Shared shuttles & coaches
Walk to the pickup zone a short distance from the exit for the shared shuttle and coach pickup point. Follow the signs, not the taxi rank.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Free waiting time
Your driver waits up to 60 minutes after your scheduled landing, with an additional 30-minute buffer once you have cleared passport control — useful when the arrivals queues are long.
Delayed or diverted?
Your driver tracks your flight from the moment you board. If bad weather or North Sea haar diverts you to Glasgow, they know before you land and will contact you to reposition or rebook. A delayed flight simply moves your pickup — there is nothing for you to do.

Can't find your driver?
Head to the information desk in arrivals and call the number on your e-ticket. hoppa's team picks up in an average of 11 seconds, a 99.7% call answer rate (CE indicators): a real person, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
