What if my flight is delayed by more than 2 hours?

A delay that long may mean your transfer has to be rescheduled, so call the number on your e-ticket as soon as you know. Customer service will coordinate a new pickup time with the driver. If your driver cannot pick you up as scheduled, your order is cancelled without charge.

What if my flight is cancelled entirely?

Your transfer is cancelled free of charge. Contact customer service immediately so we can update the booking.

What if my flight is diverted to a different airport?

Contact us immediately. We'll do our best to reschedule your pickup, though we can't guarantee a free transfer if the new airport is in a different region or significantly further from your destination.

Where will I meet my driver?

24 hours before pickup we send a final SMS or WhatsApp with the exact meeting point and your driver's contact details. Meet & greet at the arrival gate is available on request, subject to airport policy. If it is not possible at the gate, we'll assign an alternative meeting point.

What if I'm stuck inside the airport (luggage, immigration)?

Use the emergency number on your e-ticket to call the driver or local supplier and let them know you're still in the terminal. The driver will wait through their free period and, if reached in time, can sometimes extend.

What counts as a no-show?

Not appearing within the free waiting period and being unreachable for additional time. No-shows are charged in full and non-refundable.

How long is the transfer from Innsbruck Airport to Ischgl?

Allow about an hour and a half for your 100 km. The airport sits on the western edge of Innsbruck, so you are on the A12 within minutes. You run west up the Inn valley past Telfs and Imst on a wide motorway that crews clear early.

At Landeck your pace drops. The B188 climbs the Paznaun through See and Kappl for the last thirty kilometres, in and out of avalanche galleries. That half hour is the part nobody can speed up. Beyond Ischgl the road runs on to Galtür and stops there in winter, so nothing comes the other way over the top.

Munich Airport (MUC) to Ischgl in about 3 hr 30

You have two lines to choose from. The motorway goes east of the mountains to Kufstein and then the whole Inn valley. The shorter line crosses the Fern Pass to Imst. That one jams on changeover Saturdays, and your driver picks whichever is moving.

Zurich Airport (ZRH) to Ischgl in about 3 hr

You run past the Walensee and down the Rhine valley to Feldkirch. Then the Arlberg road tunnel takes you under the pass to Landeck. Half an hour quicker than Munich, and the cheaper coaches for a big group.

How else can you get to Ischgl?

You cannot reach Ischgl by rail alone. You can take the train from Innsbruck to Landeck-Zams in about 45 minutes, then a bus covers the last 30 km up the Paznaun. You lift every ski bag on and off twice on the way.

From Munich or Zurich the train reaches Landeck too, in about three hours with a change. The same bus finishes the trip. The timetable is built around the valley, not around your flight, and the last buses leave early in the evening.

A hire car is the third way. The roads are good and well cleared. Austrian law puts you in winter tyres, parking in the village costs extra, and the car then sits still for a week in a village where you walk to the lifts.

What should you know about skiing Ischgl?

Ischgl sits at about 1,400 m on the valley floor, and you start skiing well above it. Three lifts take you from the village into the Silvretta Arena, which links over the border to Samnaun in Switzerland. You get more than 200 km of piste and a top station close to 2,900 m.

Most of the terrain suits you if you are a confident intermediate. If you are new to it, ride up to Idalp, the broad plateau above the village, where the gentle slopes and the ski schools gather. Samnaun is a duty-free Swiss village you can ski down to for lunch.

Innsbruck is a small airport in a deep valley. You walk from the plane to the bag hall in minutes, and the motorway west starts almost at the gate.

The road over the Silvretta beyond Galtür is a summer road and shuts with the first heavy snow. In winter the Paznaun is a dead end, so every route in comes up from Landeck.

A bigger airport, a longer road
