Arrivals
Cancun has four terminals split by airline; most US flights land at Terminal 3 or Terminal 4. Once you clear baggage and customs, you exit through a corridor of timeshare booths and taxi touts. Keep walking to the meet-and-greet area, where your hoppa driver waits with your name on a board.
Where to meet your driver
Your hoppa driver waits in the meet-and-greet area outside the arrivals corridor, holding a board with your name. Arrivals exits differ by terminal, so your driver meets you at the terminal you actually land in. The driver name, photo and vehicle plate are already in your e-ticket.
Do not follow the touts
Do not follow anyone offering a “free” resort shuttle or a “special” transport desk inside the vendor corridor. Your named driver comes to you at the meeting point. Check the plate against your e-ticket before you get in.

Free waiting time
60 minutes after your scheduled landing, plus a 30-minute international buffer to cover the customs queue and the walk to the meeting point (15 minutes on point-to-point pickups).
Flight delayed or diverted?
Your driver tracks the flight in real time, so they already know. The booking is linked to your flight number, so a gate change or a late inbound is handled automatically — no extra charge inside the free wait.

Can’t see your driver?
Call the number on your e-ticket before leaving the arrivals area — hoppa’s team answers in an average of 11 seconds, 24/7, a real person, not a chatbot.
