Begin your search for your transfer transport by letting us know your holiday details in the search bar at the top of this page. We’ll then give you a choice of shuttle buses and private vehicles that are available.
Both shuttle buses and private vehicles are excellent transport options for your transfers from Fuerteventura Airport. Ultimately, the type you choose will depend on your travel needs.
If using a private vehicle: You are collected at a scheduled pick-up time, which is listed on the e-ticket we send you (see more information on the e-ticket below). Your group sets off from the airport as soon as you meet your driver. You are the only passengers. You are taken directly to your accommodation and there are no drop-off points along the way.
If using a shuttle service: This journey is shared with other passengers from outside your group. You may have to wait for up to 45 minutes before you leave the airport. This is because some of your fellow passengers may be arriving into Fuerteventura after your flight has landed. As you travel along the route, the bus stops at designated drop-off points and your accommodation is close to one of these stops.
The prices listed next to the transport options that are available for your dates of travel are what you pay if you book at that moment. However, as these prices are live valuations based on the current currency rates, they are subject to change.
Therefore, if you start looking for your airport transfers in Fuerteventura and decide to return to your search at a later date, the prices may have changed between your first and second search.
After you choose your shuttle bus or private vehicle transfer, you will reach the ‘Extras’ page. You will see the ‘Anything we can help with?’ box on this page, which is where you can tell us about your journey.
If you need an adapted vehicle to accommodate your wheelchair or you will have some additional luggage with you, let us know in this box. We’ll then choose the perfect vehicle for your Fuerteventura transfers.
All passengers are allowed to bring one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage each, whether you are travelling by bus or private car. If you’ll have more luggage with you, you will need to make sure you choose a vehicle that can accommodate your additional bags and tell us in the ‘Anything we can help with?’ box.
When you’ve confirmed and booked your transfers, we’ll send you an e-ticket. This features essential information about your transfers, so read through this carefully before you fly.
It’s worth printing it off before you fly too. This is so that you can easily present it to your driver as proof of your booking for both your inbound and outbound transfers.
When you arrive at Fuerteventura Airport, follow the instructions for you listed in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section of your e-ticket to find your travel representative.
The most common instructions direct passengers to the International Arrivals Hall ‘A’ and out into the bus car park. From there, they are sent to the ‘Canary shuttle no 2’ office, which is located to the right of the car park, where the travel representative will be waiting.
Joining directions can depend on the transport provider and the type of transport selected. If there is no information listed in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section, call the number on your e-ticket to find out where you need to go.
Call the emergency number on your e-ticket if you can’t see your driver when you reach the pick-up point at the scheduled time. We’ll let you know how long your driver will be.
Whether your bags haven’t turned up or your flight is delayed getting into Fuerteventura, let us know by calling the number on your e-ticket. If you’re running up to 45 minutes later than the scheduled pick-up time, your driver will wait for you. Even if your delay falls within this time, call us so that we’ll have time to find an alternative driver if we need to.
If your delay runs over 45 minutes, we will send a different driver to you. Delayed over three hours? You’ll have to rearrange your Fuerteventura transfers with us and claim through your travel insurance.
Conveniently located just three miles from the island’s capital, the picturesque port town of Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura Airport is a bustling hub for holidaymakers seeking some sun.
With the capacity to serve 8.2 million passengers each year, it is Spain’s tenth busiest airport. To cater for the millions of people who fly in and out of Fuerteventura, there is a range of shops and restaurants that are ideal for everyone. Whether you’re looking for gift ideas in the vast Duty Free, practical purchases from the pharmacy, or you’d like to grab a bite to eat in one of the eateries, you’ll find what you need here.
There’s also free Wi-Fi available throughout the airport, plus a work area for business travellers seeking a spot to catch up on business emails.
Private vehicles: Your driver will arrive at your accommodation at the time given in the return part of your e-ticket. If you’ve opted to receive SMS messages from us, we’ll text you your pick-up details, too. Aim to be ready 15 minutes before your pick-up time and have your e-ticket with you to show to the driver.
Shuttle vehicles: Your pick-up time will be available online the day before your flight home. We’ll also text you 24 hours before your flight if you’ve opted to receive SMS messages from us. Get to your pick-up point 10 minutes before your bus arrives and have your e-ticket ready for inspection.
