What if my flight is delayed by more than 2 hours?

Contact customer service to reschedule. If we can't pick you up at the new time, the order is cancelled without charge.

What if my flight is cancelled entirely?

Your transfer is cancelled free of charge. Contact customer service immediately so we can update the booking.

What if my flight is diverted to a different airport?

Contact us immediately. We'll do our best to reschedule your pickup — though we can't guarantee a free transfer if the new airport is in a different region or significantly further from your destination.

Where will I meet my driver?

24 hours before pickup we send a final SMS or WhatsApp with the exact meeting point and your driver's contact details. Meet & greet at the arrival gate is available on request, subject to airport policy — if not possible at the gate, we'll assign an alternative meeting point.

What if I'm stuck inside the airport (luggage, immigration)?

Use the emergency number on your e-ticket to call the driver or local supplier and let them know you're still in the terminal. The driver will wait through their free period and, if reached in time, can sometimes extend.

What counts as a no-show?

Not appearing within the free waiting period and being unreachable for additional time. No-shows are charged in full and non-refundable.

The eight-seat minibus is the one to know about. What should you know about skiing Vogel in winter?

Vogel is a small resort with a big view. Around 22 km of pistes sit above Lake Bohinj inside Triglav National Park, most of it beginner and intermediate terrain, with the Julian Alps standing up all around it and a snow park for anyone who would rather be in the air. It holds natural snow well because of the height, and it is quiet in a way that the big Austrian and Italian names are not.

Three things follow from where it sits, and they matter more here than the snow report does:

The cable car is part of the resort, not an extra. Accommodation is down at the lake and skiing is up on the mountain, so your day starts and ends with a ride. Build the first one into your arrival plan.
A national park is not a ski town. Bohinj has guesthouses, a few restaurants and a great deal of silence. If the group wants bars and late nights, that conversation is better had before booking than on the second evening.
The non-skiers are well served. Snowshoeing, the lake path and cleared valley walks are all on the doorstep, and Bled is 30 km away, around 40 minutes by road. A weather day here is a day out.

What Vogel will not do is let you improvise the last leg. The pistes are above a lake at the end of a valley, and the only vehicles that reach them hang from a wire.
