After you’ve entered your travel details, you will find a range of private vehicles that are available for your trip. The prices listed next to them will be what you’ll pay if you book the car, minibus, or other type of vehicle that day.
Because the prices listed are live valuations based on the currency rates and resort pricing, if you return to your search for transfers at a later date, the cost may have changed slightly.
Once you have chosen your vehicle, you will get to the ‘Extras’ page of the booking process. Here, you will find the ‘Anything we can help with?’ box, which is where you can inform us of any transfer requirements.
Should you need lots of room for your double pushchair, a minivan for your extra luggage or an adapted vehicle to accommodate your motorised wheelchair, you can let us know in this box. From there, we can find the right vehicle for your requirements.
We allow one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. If you think you’ll have more than this, check that the vehicle you book has the space. You can also let us know in the ‘Anything we can help with?’ box.
Once you’ve made your booking, look out for an e-ticket from us in your emails. On this e-ticket, you’ll find important information about your airport transfers in Sofia, Bulgaria, such as your pick-up times and contact numbers in case of any delays.
After receiving your e-ticket, we recommend printing it off so that you can show it to your driver. Have a through it carefully before you arrive in Sofia, so that you know where to meet your driver when you land.
For all information on where to meet your driver on arrival, please check the ‘Find my pick-up’ section on your e-ticket. This is also where you will find the name of the transfer provider.
Most joining instructions ask you to head to the arrivals hall, where a travel representative will be holding a sign displaying the transfer provider’s name and ‘hoppa’ or your name. From there, you will be escorted to your vehicle.
It is important to read your e-ticket carefully. If there is no information about where you need to go on your ticket, call the number in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section and someone will be able to update you.
If you’re having difficulties locating your driver, call the number on your e-ticket and we will help you to find out where they are.
Whether you’re stuck waiting for your luggage or your flight has been delayed, we know these things can happen. That’s why our drivers will wait for you for up to 45 minutes after the original pick-up time.
Call the number on the e-ticket to keep us updated on whether you’re going to miss your pick-up time or not. Even if you think you will arrive within the 45 minutes, do keep us informed.
If you’re delayed for over 45 minutes, we will send another driver to you, but if you’re over three hours behind schedule, you will need to rearrange your transfers with us.
