How much do airport transfers in Naples cost?

The prices listed next to each private vehicle that’s available for your trip is what you’ll pay if you book the car, minivan or other type of transport that day.

As these prices are live valuations based on currency rates, they can change day to day. Therefore, if you start looking for your Naples Airport transfers today and decide to go back to your search tomorrow, the prices may have changed between your first and second search.  

I’ve chosen my vehicle

When you’ve selected your transport, you will arrive at the ‘Extras’ stage of the booking process. This features the ‘Anything we can help with?’ box, which is your opportunity to let us know more about your travel needs.

This could be a request for an adapted vehicle to accommodate your motorised wheelchair or a note about any awkward luggage you’ll have with you. Should you want a larger vehicle to accommodate your extra luggage or you’ll need an adapted car for your wheelchair, for example, add a note in the box and we’ll try to match this to your vehicle.

Luggage allowance

We allow one piece of hand luggage and one suitcase per person in our vehicles. If you think you’ll be bringing more luggage with you, you’ll need to check there will be room for this before you book.

The e-ticket

The e-ticket is both your booking confirmation and a key document filled with information, such as contact numbers and pick-up details. After you’ve completed your booking, we’ll send your e-ticket to your email address.  

When you receive this, print it off so you can show it to your driver. You’ll also need to read it carefully so that you know where to go to meet your driver when you arrive in Italy.

Where do I go when I get to Naples airport?

You’ll need to follow the directions in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section of your e-ticket. Most joining instructions will direct you to the arrivals hall where a travel representative will be holding a sign displaying ‘hoppa’ or your name.

If there is no information about where you need to go to find your driver, call the number on your e-ticket and we’ll tell you where you need to go from there.

Where is my driver?

If you reach the pick-up point on time and you can’t see your driver, call the number in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section of your e-ticket. We’ll be able to find out where they are.

I’m running late

Let us know as soon as you can if you think you’ll miss the pick-up time by calling the number on the e-ticket. Your driver will wait for you for up to 45 minutes after the original collection time and we will send a different driver to you if you’re delayed for over this 45-minute period.

If you’re delayed for more than three hours, you’ll need to rearrange your Naples Airport transfers with us. You can then contact your travel insurer.

If you have booked return Naples Airport transfers, you will need to follow the information on your e-ticket to find out what time your driver will arrive at your accommodation. Aim to be ready 15 minutes before your pick-up time and have your e-ticket with you to show to the driver so you can depart easily.
