Here at hoppa, we have a team of travel partners that will take care of the journey to your holiday accommodation. And, we’ll make sure you’re back in time for your flight home at the end of your trip when you arrange your return transfers with us.
To begin your booking, tell us your travel plans in the section at the top of this page and click the ‘Search’ button when you’re ready. You’ll then see a list of vehicles that are available for your Menorca stay.
There are two transport options for you from Mahon Airport: private transfers and shuttle buses. Want to know what each has to offer? Here’s how they work:
You can easily see the transport that suits your budget, thanks to the transparent pricing that’s listed with each private vehicle and shuttle bus that’s available for your holiday. This is what you pay when you book.
However, if you pause your search for your Menorca transfers and come back to it at a later date, the prices might have changed. This is because these are live estimates, which means they can change due to resort pricing and varying currency rates.
When you choose the transport that suits your Menorca trip, you’ll arrive at the ‘Extras’ page. If you’ve selected a private transfer, you’ll be given the opportunity to book in any additional items for a fee.
One piece of hand luggage and one suitcase per person is the standard limit for both our private vehicles and shuttle buses. If you are planning on bringing more luggage with you than this, select the relevant option in the Extras section.
After you’ve completed your booking, we’ll send an e-ticket to the email address you give us. This is proof of your booking and we recommend printing it off to take with you in your hand luggage so you can present it to your driver at the airport.
It also contains essential information about your Mahon Airport transfers, such as where you can find your driver when you arrive in Menorca and key contact numbers. We suggest you read through it before you land so you know where to go.
For your transfers to your holiday accommodation, follow the directions given to you in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section of your e-ticket.
Most directions for those flying into Menorca direct passengers to the Central de Autocares airport desk, located in the arrivals hall. If this information is where you’re instructed to go, you’ll need to present your e-ticket to the travel representatives at the desk and they’ll tell you where to go next.
These joining directions depend on the transfer providers or the type of transport you’ve chosen, so it’s important that you read the instructions carefully and follow the directions to find your driver. If there is no pick-up information on your e-ticket, call the number in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section to find out where you need to go.
If you reach the pick-up point and your driver isn’t there, call the number on your e-ticket. From time to time, our drivers can be held up, but we will always be able to let you know how long they’ll be.
If you think you’ll not make your scheduled pick-up time, let us know as soon as possible by calling the number on your e-ticket. This gives us time to prepare a back-up driver for you.
Your driver will wait for you at the airport for up to 45 minutes. If your delay runs over this time, we’ll send a different driver to you. If you’re delayed over three hours, you’ll need to re-book your Menorca transfers and speak to your travel insurer.
