The price of your airport transfer from Istanbul will depend on various factors, for instance whether you chose a private or shared vehicle, and how far you’re travelling. The easiest way to find out the cost is to enter your details into the boxes at the top of the page and click ‘Search’. Here, you’ll find the cost of each option so you can choose the right one for you. Please note – the prices you see today are live valuations and are subject to change in line with currency rates and resort pricing. This means that if you don’t book today, the prices may be different later down the line.
You’ll come to the ‘Extras’ part of the booking once you’ve chosen which Istanbul airport transfer you’d like. You’ll be given information on your luggage allowance, which is typically one item of hand luggage and one suitcase per person. If you need to bring anything extra with you such as golf clubs or a wheelchair, you’ll have the option to do it here. Can’t see this option on the Extras page? Get in touch so we can help.
You’ll receive an e-ticket after you book containing all the important information about your airport transfer in Istanbul, Turkey. This includes your pick-up time, date and location. You’ll also see an emergency contact number that you can get in touch with us on, if you need to. We advise that all travellers check their e-ticket carefully before booking to make sure all details are correct. We also recommend printing off your e-ticket and having it close to hand, as you’ll need to show it to your driver on arrival.
The ‘find my pick-up’ part of your e-ticket will tell you where you need to meet the driver of your transfer from Istanbul airport. Even if you have used our services from here before, we recommend checking this as it may differ depending on the transport you’ve chosen. Usually, you will find your driver in the arrivals hall holding a sign with either your name, the transport provider’s name, or your name. If you can’t see this information on your e-ticket, give us a call and we can help.
Sometimes, heavy traffic or unforeseen circumstances can make our drivers late. Please don’t panic if you can’t find your driver at the pick-up point – give us a ring on the number on your e-ticket and we’ll update you.
Again, don’t panic if you’re delayed. We understand that this is inevitable sometimes, for instance if your flight didn’t take off on time or your suitcase came late to baggage claim. If you think you will be late to meet the driver of your Istanbul airport transfer, please call us on the number on your e-ticket. We’ll let your driver know you’re running late.
They will wait for up to 45 minutes after the scheduled meet time. If you’re later than this, we’ll send another driver to pick you up. Unfortunately, if you are delayed by more than three hours, you’ll need to contact us to rearrange your transport and get in touch with your travel insurer.
You’ll be happy to hear that there is lots to keep you busy before your flight. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many cafes, bars or restaurants – you’ll be spoilt for choice with fast food, traditional dishes and healthy snacks all up for grabs. There’s also a range of shops to explore, stocking toys, clothes, jewellery, flowers and more! Those seeking a little R&R before their flight can take advantage of the airport lounges or even a bedroom where you can sit back and relax or get some work done.
