Voted the world’s ‘best airport’ Singapore Changi Airport has a wide range of modern amenities that makes any visit here an enjoyable one. There are a huge number of shops, including some which are open 24 hours, as well as many restaurants, bars and cafés. There are also excellent entertainment options for families, including a children’s playground and even a butterfly garden.
Whether you’re heading to the capital or slightly further afield hoppa can get you there quickly and at a great price. Staying at one of the central Singapore City Hotels? We’ll get you there in no time so that you can settle in straight away and start exploring this fascinatingly diverse Asian city. Are you catching a ferry to other far flung destinations? We will get you to the Marina Pier and the Port of Singapore in plenty of time so you don’t need to stress. Or perhaps you’re off to the sun-kissed Sentosa Island? Not a problem, hoppa will arrange everything.
There’s a buzz like no other in Singapore. This vibrant city is both ultra-modern and incredibly green; its eco-friendly skyscrapers sitting comfortably alongside its UNESCO World Heritage–listed botanic gardens.
Before you take in this cultural hub and all its highlights, you’ll need to arrange your airport transfer. In Singapore, we at hoppa offer a range of private vehicles that will take you straight to your accommodation in style. And when you book your return trip with us, our team of transfer providers will also take you back to the airport in time for your flight home.
To arrange your transfer from Singapore Airport to your city centre accommodation, enter your travel details in the search bar at the top of this page. You’ll then see the selection of private vehicles available for your trip.
As you look through the choice of vehicles available for your travel dates, you’ll see that there are prices listed next to each option. These prices are what you’ll pay if you book at that moment. However, they’re live valuations, which means that they’re based on factors such as current currency rates, so these pricings can change.
This means that if you start looking for transfers now and decide to return to your search tomorrow, the price might have changed since you first started looking.
After you’ve selected the private vehicle you want to travel in, you’ll arrive at the ‘Extras’ page. This is where you can add to your booking. For example, if you want to bring golf bags and another suitcase with you, this is your opportunity to book them onto your transfer.
We allow one piece of hand luggage and one suitcase for each person. If you think you’ll be bringing more than this, let us know in the Extras section.
So now you’ve completed your booking, look out for an email from us. This will contain your e-ticket, which is both confirmation of your Singapore Airport transfer and an important document filled with essential information about where to meet your driver when you land.
Print off your e-ticket so that you can show it to your driver and keep it with you for your return trip.
You’ll find the directions for where you need to go when you arrive into Singapore on the e-ticket. Read through this information carefully. If you can’t see any pick-up details in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section, call the number given and we’ll let you know what to do from there.
Sometimes our drivers can be held up because of heavy traffic. On these rare occasions, they might not be at the pick-up point on time. If you can’t see them, call the number on your e-ticket to find out how long they’ll be.
We know delays can happen. That’s why your driver will wait for you for up to 45 minutes after the original pick-up time. Call the number on your e-ticket to let us know if you’re not going to make the original time, even if this falls within the 45-minute window, so that we can start planning an alternate driver for you if needed.
For delays that run over three hours, you’ll need to rebook your transfers and contact your travel insurer.
For seven years in a row, Singapore’s Changi has been named the world’s best airport by Skytrax, the airport ranking and review site. And with its striking structure, abundance of amenities and impressive facilities, it’s no wonder.
Serving almost 66 million passengers in 2018, it’s hugely popular for visitors flying in and out of Singapore. Add to this its ideal location, just 10 miles from the city centre, and it ticks every box for travellers from around the world.
Your driver will collect you from your accommodation at the time listed on your e-ticket, which you’ll need to have ready to present to them when they arrive. Aim to be ready to leave 15 minutes before your pick-up time.
We’ll also send you a text to remind you of your return journey details if you’ve opted in to receive SMS messages from hoppa. Should your driver not arrive on time, call the emergency number on your e-ticket and we’ll tell you where they are and how long they’ll be.
