Arrivals
When you land, knowing where to go saves time and stress. Your hoppa driver meets you at the lower-level arrivals kerb of your specific terminal — A, B, C, D, or E — not a central pickup point. Below is the general guide for IAH:
International arrivals (Terminals D & E)
Clear customs at the Federal Inspection Services area, collect your bags, then take the elevator or escalator down one level to ground transportation and walk out to the kerb. Your driver holds a sign showing your name and the hoppa logo.
Do not queue at the taxi rank
Your hoppa driver is at a separate marked position with a sign showing your name — not at the metered taxi rank one kerb over.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Delays happen
If your flight is delayed or baggage claim is slow, do not worry. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes from scheduled landing on domestic flights, plus a 30-minute international buffer for Terminal D and E arrivals to clear customs.
Running very late?
If your terminal changes mid-flight or your flight diverts to Hobby, the driver is updated automatically. If the delay exceeds three hours, you may need to rebook your transfer and contact your travel insurer.

Can’t find your driver?
Do not panic. Call the number on your e-ticket and hoppa's team picks up in 11 seconds on average — they have your driver's mobile and your flight status the moment you call.
