Arrivals
Antalya lands UK flights at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, a ten-minute walk apart. After passport control and baggage reclaim, follow the signs for the exit and look inside the hall, not out at the kerb. Your e-ticket lists your exact meeting point and a phone number to call if you cannot see your driver.
Private transfers
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall, past the barrier where the name boards line up, holding a sign with your name or the 'hoppa' logo.
Shared shuttles
Walk to the marked transfer bay outside your terminal. The shuttle may wait up to 45 minutes for other passengers before it sets off along the coast.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Free waiting time
You get up to 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. On an international arrival a 30-minute buffer is added before the waiting time starts, which covers a long queue at the e-visa desk.
Delayed, diverted or landing early?
Your driver tracks your flight from the moment you board. If a storm diverts you to Dalaman or Gazipaşa, they know before you land and will contact you to reposition or rebook. A delayed flight simply moves your pickup. There is nothing for you to do.

Can't find your driver?
Stay inside the arrivals hall and call the number on your e-ticket. hoppa's team picks up in an average of 11 seconds, a 99.7% call answer rate: a real person, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hoppa help centre answers most questions before you need to call.
What to do around Antalya?
If you have time before your transfer or your flight home, the coast around Antalya rewards an early start.
- Kaleiçi: Antalya's walled old town above the harbour, with Hadrian's Gate, the bazaar lanes and the marina.
- Side and Aspendos: the Temple of Apollo on the seafront and the best-preserved Roman theatre in the region.
- The Düden waterfalls fall straight into the sea east of the city, twenty minutes from Lara.
