Arrivals
YYC has a Domestic terminal and an International terminal, and the airport's pickup options are based on the Arrivals level. Check your hoppa confirmation before you leave baggage reclaim: it carries your meeting point and your driver's contact details.
Your hoppa driver
Go to the meeting point on your confirmation, not to the taxi stands at Doors 1, 9 and 15 or the ride-app pickup by Doors 3, 12 and 15. Those kerbs serve other services. Meet-and-greet inside arrivals can be requested at booking, subject to availability and airport policy.
Scheduled mountain coaches
If you booked a scheduled coach to Banff instead, YYC lists operators such as Banff Airporter and Brewster. Their pickup point comes from the operator, not from hoppa, so check your coach ticket.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Free waiting time
Your driver waits up to 60 minutes free after your flight's arrival time. International arrivals get an extra 30-minute buffer before that hour starts, which gives you time for passport control.
Delayed, diverted or landing early?
Your driver tracks your flight from the moment you board. If your flight is diverted to another airport, they know before you land and will contact you to reposition or rebook. A delayed flight simply moves your pickup. There is nothing for you to do.

Can't find your driver?
Stay at your meeting point and call the number on your e-ticket. hoppa's team picks up in an average of 11 seconds, with a 99.7% call answer rate, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
What to do around Calgary and the Rockies?
Most travellers through YYC are heading west. These are the places the drive is for.
- Banff town, about 90 minutes from arrivals and one of the two main hubs of Banff National Park.
- Lake Louise lakeshore, about 2 hours 15 minutes away, with reserved Parks Canada shuttles on to Moraine Lake in season, whose road is closed to personal vehicles.
- Canmore, just over an hour from the airport, on Highway 1 before you reach Banff.
