To request an account deletion, please contact our privacy manager using the email address below. Please send the email from the email address associated with the account you wish to be deleted.

Your client account, along with any personally identifiable information held against any transactional data, will be deleted from our systems within 72 hours of receipt of this request.

Once your account is deleted, we will not be able to reactivate or retrieve any deleted information.

Hoppa will retain any non-personally identifiable information against any transactional data for reporting purposes.
