Here at hoppa we take the safety of our customers incredibly seriously, and we hope that everyone is looking after themselves and staying safe.

With different countries’ government advice changing constantly and impacting the ability to travel to and from those countries we are experiencing a very high level of contacts into our call centre.

During this period all of our team will be working from home and we will no longer be monitoring any calls coming in, but our hoppa agents will be ready to assist you via our ticketing system. Please submit your ticket at www.talktous.hoppa.com and one of our hoppa agents will get back to you as quickly as possible.

We want to encourage anyone with an existing booking with hoppa to amend rather than cancel their booking which you can do in the my booking section of the website. If you absolutely have to cancel your booking we are currently refunding customers with hoppa credits to be used against a future booking or bookings with hoppa.

We understand this is an extremely challenging time and would like to thank all our customers for their ongoing support and patience.

Government travel advice and quarantine rules are still changing regularly, so we are still recommending that everyone keeps up to date with anything affecting their travel arrangements.

We continue to work with our suppliers to minimise disruption, with all suppliers ensuring any local safety requirements are in place. We apologise for any last-minute changes to any bookings, but sometimes this is unavoidable.

If you have hoppa credits, please remember that they are still valid and can be claimed at the checkout when making a new booking with hoppa. We’ve extended the validity date to 31st Dec 2021 to give everyone plenty of time to use these credits, and we want to thank everyone again with hoppa credits for their patience during this time.

For those people looking to travel next year, we have rides and airport transfers available globally through all of 2021, with low deposit options available with many suppliers.

We are doing everything we can with our suppliers to minimise disruption, but there may be times when disruption is unavoidable – for example, when certain vehicle sizes are no longer available due to the size of your party and changes to local social distancing rules.

If you have hoppa credits, they are still valid and can be claimed at the checkout when making a new booking with hoppa.

If you aren’t travelling this year but are looking at 2021, remember that we have rides and airport transfers available globally for travel through all of 2021.

Hoppa Credits

We are pleased to announce that all customers that have been refunded or purchased hoppa credits are now able to use them against any new booking made. The credits will be applied against the email address on your original booking or on the email used to purchase the credits.

Our customers’ safety is paramount to everyone here at hoppa, and we hope that you and your loved ones are safe. Both governments and airlines are starting to speed up their plans to come out of lockdown and to begin flying again, and we hope that you will be travelling again when it is safe to do so this summer. We do also have winter 20/21 and summer 21 on sale for anyone rebooking their holiday later this year or next year.

Hoppa Credits

We wanted to give an update on when the hoppa credits will be available to use for new bookings, and to say again that we are very appreciative of everyone that has taken these credits with hoppa.
 
The team have been working as quickly as possible to update our website so that they can be used against new bookings, and we expect this to be finished now within the next three weeks. We will communicate again when the work has finished and bookings can be made with your credit.
 
We can see that some governments are beginning to talk about their plans to come out of lockdown within their countries, and we are hopeful that our skies will re-open again this summer. We do also still have winter 20/21 and summer 21 on sale as well for anyone who is booking their winter or summer holiday for next year.
 
We hope that you and your loved ones are safe, and want to again thank everyone for their support during this time.
