We’ve done our best to look after all of our customers and ensure the best experience for everyone who’s used our platform. While we haven’t always gotten it right and had to adapt to the challenges that have been presented to us, which were not always in the best interest of our customers, we’re committed to listening to our customers and, as a result, we’ve introduced a policy to give you confidence in booking with us during these uncertain times.


What’s Changed?

We want to give you absolute peace of mind that, should your travel arrangements change during these uncertain times, you can get your money back quickly, and right up to the date and time of your scheduled departure. You can even make your claim up to 60 days after your departure date if you don’t travel.


Upgrade Your Refund Terms

You can now upgrade your refund terms to get a 100% refund should you need to cancel your trip for any number of reasons. If you have a home emergency, or if you or someone in your household were to fall sick or have an accident, you’ll be able to get your money back – right up until you’re due to travel, even to the last minute.

You'll receive a 100% refund if you cancel due to these reasons and many more!

Also, look out for our low deposits on certain bookings. If you’d prefer not to part with the full balance right away, you can secure your booking using our low deposit options.

We also have an option where you can choose to be refunded with hoppa credits with more flexible booking terms. Hoppa credits can still be used for any new bookings you make before December 2021.

These flexible options will be your choice at the time of check-out.
