## The e-ticket

Once the booking of your Rhodes transfer has been completed, you’ll receive an e-ticket to your email address. Please keep this document safe as it includes important information such as contact numbers and pick-up details, and we recommend you familiarise yourself fully with everything on there before you touch down.

We would also advise printing off your e-ticket before you travel, as having a hard copy to hand may come in useful when showing it to your driver, rather than relying on being able to open your mobile version on your phone.

## Where should I go when I land in Rhodes?

It’s worth having your e-ticket ready when you arrive and if you check the ‘Find my pick-up’ section, you’ll see our helpful instructions on where you need to go to meet your travel representative.

Those directions can vary, depending on the provider of your airport shuttle in Rhodes and whether you’re travelling privately or with passengers from other parties. Most services in Rhodes require you to visit your provider’s desk, although some do ask that you simply make your way to the arrivals hall, where someone will be waiting with a sign bearing either your name, hoppa or that of the travel company.

## I can’t find my driver

Unfortunately, busy traffic can occasionally cause our drivers to be a little late. But there’s no need to worry – if the driver of your Rhodes transfer is not on time to meet you at the pick-up point, simply ring the number on your e-ticket and we’ll be able to update you on their progress.

## What if I don’t arrive in Rhodes on time?

There’s also no need to panic if your flight into Rhodes is delayed, or your bags take their time coming off the carousel. If you give us a call on the number provided on your e-ticket to let us know you’ll be late, we can inform the driver to wait for up to 45 minutes after the original pick-up time.

If you’re going to be more than 45 minutes behind schedule, we’ll send a new driver to you, while any delays of more than three hours will mean you’ll need to rearrange your Rhodes Airport transfers and contact your travel insurance company.

## What will I find at Rhodes Airport?

The airport is situated approximately eight miles from Rhodes itself, a short drive along the north eastern tip of the island and boasts a couple of comfortable lounges.
