When a mains water supply to the village was established in 1977, the water tower was made redundant and partially converted to living space, but it wasn’t until 1979 that the main tank was finally removed and the tower fully converted into a house - which now operates as holiday accommodation. The farm on which the treehouse is situated is a mere 20 minute walk from the beach, and from town, and is also home to the Atlantic Bell Tents, and the Atlantic Surf Pods - an enclave of eco-friendly glamping pods great for escaping from the mundane.</p><hr /><h2>Hadlow Tower - Hadlow, Kent</h2><p><img alt='' src='https://www.hoppa.com/resource/blog/uploads/2020/10/haldow_tower_1.jpg' style='width: 1200px; height: 900px;' /></p><p>Once part of a Romantic Gothic castle, Hadlow Tower is the tallest Grade 1* listed folly in the UK. With panoramic views of the Kent countryside, and comfortable and luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests, there’s nowhere better than the Tower for a special holiday with friends and family or a romantic getaway.
