Arrivals
When you land, knowing where to go saves time and stress. Your e-ticket will have the specific ‘Find my pick-up’ instructions, but below is the general guide for arriving at Harry Reid International Airport:
Terminal 3 (international & some domestic)
Come out of baggage reclaim and stay on the arrivals level. Look for a driver holding a sign with your name or ‘hoppa’ — do not follow signs up to the parking garage.
Terminal 1 (most domestic)
Meet your driver inside the arrivals hall. The rideshare walk to Level 2M is for Uber and Lyft, not your pre-booked transfer.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Delays happen
If your flight is delayed or the baggage claim is slow, don’t worry. Your driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after you land on a domestic flight, and 90 minutes on an international arrival.
Running very late?
If you are delayed by more than 60 minutes, we will send a new driver if possible. However, if the delay exceeds three hours, you will need to rebook your transfer with us and contact your travel insurer.

Can’t find your driver?
Don’t panic. Traffic or road closures can sometimes cause delays. Call the number on your e-ticket, and we will update you on their progress.
What to do in Las Vegas?
If you have time to kill before your transfer or flight home, there is plenty to do.
- The Strip: casinos, shows and the Bellagio fountains, all within a short transfer.
- Fremont Street: old-Vegas neon and the SlotZilla zipline Downtown.
- Red Rock Canyon: a scenic escape near Summerlin, about 30 minutes out.
