### I can’t find my driver – what should I do?

### What happens if I’m late?

If your plane sets off late or you get stuck in a long queue when you arrive, please don’t worry. We know that delays can happen. If you think you will be late for your Las Vegas airport transfer, call us on the number on your e-ticket. We’ll contact your driver to let them know.

The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes after the scheduled time on your e-ticket. After this, we’ll send a new driver to pick you up.
