Arrivals
Turin brings every flight into one passenger terminal, so there is a single arrivals hall and no terminal to double-check. Clear passport control, collect your cases, then pick up skis and oversized bags from the outsize baggage belt. Your e-ticket names your driver and gives you a number to call.
Private transfers
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall, past the barrier, holding a sign that shows your name or the 'hoppa' logo.
Coaches
Walk out to the coach park on the forecourt, signed from the terminal door. Follow the coach signs rather than the rail ones.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Free waiting time
You get up to 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands. On an international arrival a 30-minute buffer is added before the waiting time starts, which covers the outsize belt handing back skis and boards.
Delayed, diverted or landing early?
Your driver follows your flight from the moment you board. Winter fog on the Po plain is the local hazard and occasionally sends a Turin arrival to Milan or Genoa. Your driver sees it before the hall does and will contact you to reposition or rebook. A delayed flight simply moves your pick-up, with nothing for you to do.

Can't find your driver?
Stay in the arrivals hall and call the number on your e-ticket. hoppa's team picks up in an average of 11 seconds, a 99.7% call answer rate: a real person, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hoppa help centre answers most questions before you need to call.
What to do around Turin?
If your flight home leaves late in the day, the city repays an afternoon.
- The Museo Egizio holds the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities outside Cairo, and it sits in the middle of the old town.
- The Mole Antonelliana carries a glass lift straight up the inside of its dome, with the Alps visible along the whole western horizon on a clear day.
- Turin invented solid chocolate as the city knows it, and the historic cafés along Via Po still serve bicerin, a layered coffee and chocolate drink.
