Since then, pancakes have taken on a life of their own, with many countries creating their own specialities combining specific ingredients, techniques, and toppings. Wanting to help you make the most of this one day of the year where it is acceptable to throw food around in the kitchen (unless you are 'flipping good'), we have put together a list of what we think are the perfect pancakes.
