"Excellent service again although there was a little confusion about my travel on the 13 February. My friends were also travelling from Hurghada Airport to the Anwaj Beach Hotel and it was agreed with the drivers that I could travel with them (again through Hoppa). I then received a mail to say I had failed to show up for my transfer. On my return journey my flight was 17.50 and I was collected at 13.30 from the hotel only to sit in a vehicle for an hour picking up others - I have never experienced this before"
