Offering the ultimate combination of sun kissed beaches, cultural treats and delicious dishes, Goa is a truly captivating destination for those seeking a spiritual haven for their next getaway.
If you’ve arranged everything apart from your airport transfers in Goa, choose hoppa. India is one of our transfer hubs, with a team of providers on hand to offer an easy, no-fuss service. We’ll take care of your journey back to the airport at the end of your holiday when you book your return trip with us, too.
To make your booking, begin by letting us know your travel details in the bar at the top of this page. When you’re ready, hit the ‘Search’ button and you’ll be given a choice of private vehicles.
Budgeting for your transfers is easy with hoppa. You’ll see prices listed next to each transport option and the amount displayed is what you’ll pay if you book there and then. It’s worth noting that these prices are based on the current currency rates, so they are subject to change.
Therefore, if you start looking for your airport transfers now and return to your search at a later date, the price might have altered between each search.
After you select your transport, you’ll reach the ‘Extras’ page. This includes a list of optional add-ons and is ideal if you need to book on your golf bag or additional luggage.
There’s a standard allowance of one piece of hand luggage and one suitcase per person. If you plan on bringing more than this along for your trip, you’ll need to let us know in the Extras section.
After you book, we’ll send an e-ticket in your email inbox. This is confirmation of your Goa transfers from the airport, as well as a key document that includes essential information about where to meet your driver.
Print off your e-ticket before you fly so you have it as proof of your booking and make sure you read through it carefully so you know where to go when you arrive in India.
The joining instructions are listed in the ‘Find my pick-up’ section of your e-ticket. These instructions depend on the transport for your transfers, so make sure you read them carefully.
If there’s no joining information included on your e-ticket, call the number and we’ll direct you from there. If you notice this is missing before you fly, contact us and we’ll be able to help you.
If you can’t see your driver when you reach the pick-up point, call the number on your e-ticket. We’ll find out where they are and let you know how long they’ll be.
We understand that things can go wrong from time to time. Flights can be delayed and bags can take a little longer than expected to turn up on the carousel. If you think you won’t make your scheduled pick-up, let us know as soon as possible by calling the number on your e-ticket. Your driver will wait for you for up to 45 minutes, but by getting in touch we can start planning your replacement driver.
We will send an alternative driver to you if you’re delayed for over 45 minutes. For delays that run over three hours, rearrange your transfers with us and contact your travel insurer.
Dabolim Airport is the only international airport in Goa and is located 18 miles from the state capital of Panaji. A new terminal building was opened in 2013, bringing together international and domestic passengers.
For travellers, there are plenty of duty free shops stocked with gifts and treats. There are also several eateries to choose from and Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
The airport is ideally located for your Goa stay, too. The beach resort of Candolim is under two hours away and you can be enjoying the vibrant town of Calangute just over an hour after arriving into India.
For your return journey, you will be picked up by your driver from your accommodation at the time listed on your e-ticket. If you have opted in to receive SMS messages, look out for a text from us reminding you about your pick-up time.
We suggest you aim to be ready 15 minutes before you’re due to be collected and have your e-ticket ready to show to the driver as they’ll ask to see it.
If your driver doesn’t arrive at the scheduled time, call the number on your e-ticket for an update. We’ll be able to find out where they are and how soon they can get to you.
