Passo del Tonale

Sitting at the top of Passo Tonale, this resort offers year-round riding thanks to its glacier access (Presena). Passo Tonale is part of the Adamello ski area, which includes the Presena Glacier, Temù, and Ponte di Legno. It’s a great choice for summer skiing as it is rarely crowded but still offers good conditions. In winter, it remains quiet, largely due to the absence of large tour operators, which means smaller lift queues and less crowded slopes.

With 80 km of pistes spread across all ability levels, Passo Tonale has something for everyone. Snowboarders will appreciate the varied terrain, though it lacks a dedicated park and pipe. Off the slopes, Passo Tonale may feel a bit stark, but it accommodates a range of budgets and tastes. Prices are reasonable, though nightlife options are limited.

Hoppa offers shared transfers to Passo Tonale.
