However, the business was successfully restructured under new ownership as hoppa Group Ltd, backed by fresh investment. This transition protected the business continuity and allowed Hoppa to continue providing a smooth and easy way to search, compare and book pre-booked and on-demand rides in over 160 countries.
While this was a challenging step, it was also a proactive move to secure long-term sustainability. All aspects of the business continued to operate during the process, and the focus remained on supporting customers, employees, and partners throughout.
Today, hoppa continues to grow, with expanded services including not only pre-booked and on-demand rides but also rail travel—offering customers more ways to move globally.
