Begin your search for that Sanford Airport transfer to Disney right now. Just tell us your travel information in the boxes at the top of this page and hit the search button when you’re ready. We’ll then give you a choice of vehicles that match your travel plans.
Each vehicle that’s available for your trip includes a tailored price, which you’ll see above the ‘Book Now’ button. These prices are live, which means they can change according to fluctuating currencies and provider rates.
So, if you begin your search today and return to it later in the week, the cost of the transfer may have changed. If you see a vehicle listed at price that you’re happy with and book it there and then, your journey will remain at that price, regardless of any fluctuations in the future.
After selecting ‘Book Now’ on the vehicle you want, you’ll reach the ‘Extras’ page, where you can tell us about any additional requirements you might have for your transfer. If you can’t see an option to do this, let us know and we’ll make sure your booking is perfect.
Hoppa passengers are allowed one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. If you’ll be travelling with additional baggage, let us know so we can accommodate you.
Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive an e-ticket in your email inbox. This is an important document as it is both confirmation of your booking and a guide to where to go once you arrive in the States. As it’s important that you have a copy of the e-ticket with you to show to your driver, we recommend printing it off as well as having online access.
When you arrive in Orlando, check the ‘Find my pick-up’ section of your e-ticket and follow the instructions detailing where you need to go to meet your driver. If there are no directions on your e-ticket, call the emergency number and we’ll let you know what to do next.
If you can’t see your driver when you get to the meeting point, call the number on your e-ticket and we’ll find out where they are and how long they’ll be.
Let us know as soon as you can if you won’t be able to make your scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will wait for up to 45 minutes after they’re due to collect you, but let us know by calling the number provided as soon as you think you won’t make it to the pick-up point in time.
For delays that run over 45 minutes, we’ll arrange for another driver to pick you up. If you’re delayed by three hours or more, you will need to rearrange your transfer and speak to your travel insurer.
Passengers flying into Orlando Sanford Airport are just under an hour away from the magical attractions of Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios. The airport itself has been something of a film star too, having provided a key setting for 1992 film, Passenger 57. At the airport, you’ll find a range of shops and eateries. For a premium experience, there’s also the Royal Palm Lounge, while all travellers can enjoy free Wi-Fi.
If you’ve booked a return Orlando Sanford Airport transfer, you’ll find it involves a similar process to your arrival arrangements. Have your e-ticket ready and follow the instructions.
Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation at the time detailed on your e-ticket. If you’ve agreed to receive SMS messages from us, we’ll also send you a text. Aim to be ready and at your meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. If your driver doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll update you.
