Arrivals
The Atrium meet-and-greet area between the North and South Terminals is where every hoppa driver waits, regardless of which concourse you land at. Exit baggage reclaim and follow signs marked “Atrium” or “Ground Transportation Center.”
Where to meet your driver
Walk through to the Atrium between the North and South Terminals, not the arrivals kerb. Your driver holds a sign showing your name and the hoppa logo. International arrivals from Concourse F: ride the Plane Train all the way through to the Atrium.
Skip the taxi rank
Do not queue at the taxi rank. Walk past it through to the Atrium. There is no flat rate from the metered rank and the journey-time risk sits with you.

Terminal changed mid-flight?
