Arrivals
When you land, head down to the ground-transport level of your terminal and look for your named hoppa driver rather than joining the taxi rank. Your e-ticket names the correct terminal — MSP splits across two.
Terminal 1 (Lindbergh)
Follow signs from baggage claim on the Tram Level to the Ground Transport Center. Your hoppa driver waits there with a name board; their photo and plate are on your e-ticket.
Terminal 2 (Humphrey)
Pickup is on the ground level directly outside baggage claim. It is smaller and quicker to navigate than T1. Do not head to the rideshare zone by reflex — your car is already booked and waiting.
Delays & driver info
1
Free waiting time
Your driver waits 60 minutes after your scheduled landing on domestic arrivals, and 90 minutes on international arrivals (60 + a 30-minute buffer). hoppa tracks your flight, so a delay updates the driver automatically.
Diverted to the other terminal?
If your flight is diverted to the other MSP terminal, your driver is updated automatically and moves to meet you. Stay at the ground-transport level — do not leave the terminal.

Can’t find your driver?
Call the number on your e-ticket and hoppa’s team answers in around 11 seconds, day or night.

If you have time to kill before your transfer or flight home, there is plenty to do.
- Grab a bite at one of the many sit-down restaurants and local food outlets across both terminals.
- Relax in one of the cafes, bars or airport lounges.
- Or browse the shops in the retail concourse for last-minute gifts and travel essentials.
