Arrivals
Terminal 2 closed in 2020, so all flights now use Terminal 3 or Terminal 4, and T4 handles most arrivals including American and Southwest. Follow signs from baggage reclaim to the arrivals kerb of your terminal, where your hoppa driver waits with your name on a board.
Where to meet your driver
Your hoppa driver waits at the arrivals-level kerb of your terminal (T3 or T4), name board ready. Follow signs from baggage reclaim to the arrivals kerb, not to the ride-share pickup levels. The driver name, photo and vehicle plate are already in your e-ticket.
Skip the rank and the app
Do not join the metered taxi line or open a ride-hail app; your fixed-price driver is already there. Look for your driver holding a board with your name, matching the photo and plate on your e-ticket.

Free waiting time
60 minutes after your scheduled landing, plus a 30-minute international buffer (90 minutes total on international arrivals) to cover a slow bag belt or a long customs queue.
Terminal switch or late arrival?
Your driver tracks the flight in real time, so if your terminal switches between T3 and T4, or you land late, it is handled automatically through flight tracking — no extra charge inside the free wait.
