Arrivals
When you land, knowing where to go saves time and stress. PVR is a single-terminal airport, but the walk to the kerb runs through a corridor of timeshare desks. Your e-ticket has the specific 'Find my pick-up' instructions — here is what to know when you arrive at Puerto Vallarta Airport:
Where to meet your driver
Take the doors marked Salida to the public kerb directly outside arrivals. Look for a driver holding a sign with your name, the travel provider's name or 'hoppa'.
Walk past the timeshare desks
Do not stop at the timeshare desks between baggage and the exit — they are not airport information and not your driver. Decline any 'free transport' offer and keep walking.
Delays & Driver Info
1
Delays happen
If your flight is delayed or baggage is slow, don't worry. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes after your scheduled landing, plus a 30-minute international buffer for the customs queue.
Running very late?
If you are delayed by more than 60 minutes, we will send a new driver if possible. However, if the delay exceeds three hours, you will need to rebook your transfer with us and contact your travel insurer.

Can't find your driver?
Don't panic. If your flight is diverted to Tepic or Manzanillo, your driver tracks it and re-routes. Call the number on your e-ticket and we will update you on their progress.
